Aanchal graduated 2010 and has worked as an outpatient physiotherapist since. She believes that good health requires a Proactive Effort and is always working towards learning new techniques to maximize wellbeing and minimize injury. Swimming and cooking are her favorite hobbies and she loves Pilates for her mind and body!
She was previously a personal trainer with formal training in TRX and Kettlebells. Currently she specializes in Temporomandibular Dysfunction (Jaw) and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy (Men and Women). Aanchal also believes in Dry Needling to be an amazing adjunct to her practice to optimize recovery and is certified for the same. She also has training in Mulligan Manual Therapy and Core Strengthening.
Nipun Mehta has been practicing as a physiotherapist for more than ten years and since then has gained significant experience treating patients with cardio-pulmonary and neurological conditions, mental and geriatric health, postural issues and a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries including sport-related injuries, work-related injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries.
Ketaki has expertise in treating patients with motor vehicle accident injuries and work place related injuries. She has special interest in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She likes to focus on prevention and management of lifestyle related diseases. She likes to work hard to motivate patients to lead a healthy lifestyle.
